Bard Graduate Center is honored to have received support from the Mr. And Mrs. Raymond J. Horowitz Foundation for the Arts. Since 2014, the endowment established by the foundation has supported three Master’s candidates and five PhD candidates. We are now honored to build on that generous legacy by offering a selection of fine American prints and drawings from the Horowitz collection for sale through Doyle New York Auctions for the benefit of Bard Graduate Center. The selection includes works by James A. M. Whistler, Childe Hassam, Mary Cassatt, Thomas Sully, and others.

Works will be included in the following sales “Prints & Multiples” on May 1 (lots 29, 80, 242, and 243) and in “Impressionist & Modern Art” on May 10 (lot 67). Additional sales coming in June. You can view the works online at www. Doyle.com, or in person from April 28 through 30 at the Doyle showroom, located at 175 East 87th Street.
