Members of Gamelan Dharma Swara present an evening of traditional music for gamelan gendér wayang. One of the most ancient gamelan ensembles existing in Bali, gendér wayang occupies a central role in the Balinese cultural fabric. From accompanying life-cycle rituals such as coming-of-age ceremonies and cremations, to providing musical entertainment for shadow puppet theater, the refined sounds of gendér wayang can always be heard wafting through the island.

We are also pleased to extend complimentary need-based community tickets by request to all ticketed events. To learn more, please email [email protected].
