 s with objects. Join us for any (or all) of these reading group evenings\,
  when we will engage with work by Renée Gladman\, Francis Ponge\, Clark Co
 olidge\, and Tuttle himself\, as well as read and listen to a selection of

  Anselm Berrigan's most recent book of poems is Pregrets\, published in 20
 21 by Black Square Editions. He is the author of Something for Everybody\,
  (Wave Books\, 2018)\; Come In Alone (Wave Books\, May 2016)\; Primitive S
 tate (Edge\, 2015)\; Notes from Irrelevance (Wave Books\, 2011)\; Free Cel
 l (City Lights Books\, 2009)\; Some Notes on My Programming (Edge\, 2006)\
 ; Zero Star Hotel (Edge\, 2002)\; and Integrity and Dramatic Life (Edge\, 
 1999). He is also the editor of What Is Poetry? (Just Kidding\, I Know You
  Know): Interviews from the Poetry Project Newsletter (1983–2009) and co-a
 uthor of two collaborative books: Loading\, with visual artist Jonathan Al
 len (Brooklyn Arts Press\, 2013) and Skasers\, with poet John Coletti (Flo
 wers and Cream\, 2012). Berrigan is the current poetry editor for the Broo
 klyn Rail and co-editor with Alice Notley and Edmund Berrigan of The Colle
 cted Poems of Ted Berrigan (U. California\, 2005) and the Selected Poems o
 f Ted Berrigan (U. California\, 2011). From 2003 until2007 he was artistic
  director of the Poetry Project at St. Mark’s Church\, where he also hoste
 d the Wednesday Night Reading Series for four years. From 2008 until 2021 
 he was co-chair of writing for the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Art
 s’ interdisciplinary MFA program\, and he currently teaches part-time at B
 rooklyn College and Pratt Institute. In 2017 Berrigan received a Grant for
  Artists from the Foundation of Contemporary Arts. He was awarded a 2015 P
 rocess Space Residency by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council\, and in 20
 14 he was awarded a Robert Rauschenberg Residency by the Robert Rauschenbe
 rg Foundation. Berrigan was a New York State Foundation for the Arts fello
 w in poetry for 2007 and has received three grants from the Fund for Poetr
 y. He lives in New York City\, where he also grew up.
