 ly 2014. MacKeith has worked as a liaison between the architectural cultur
 es of the United States and the Nordic nations\, especially Finland\, in d
 esign practice\, research\, publication\, education\, and exhibition. A na
 tionally recognized design educator\, Mackeith was previously Associate De
 an and Professor of architecture at the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual 
 Arts at Washington University in St. Louis\, from 1999-2014. Before joinin
 g the Sam Fox School\, MacKeith was the Director of the Master of Architec
 ture – International Program at the Helsinki University of Technology (now
  Aalto University) in Finland. He previously held faculty appointments in 
 architecture at the University of Virginia\, the University of Ljubljana i
 n Slovenia\, and Yale University in architectural design\, history\, and t
 heory.
