Research Appointments

The primary mission of the BGC Library is to serve current BGC students, faculty, gallery, and staff members.  Other visitors and alums who need to make use of our unique collection and resources submit research queries and appointment requests to the Library staff.

Once approved, visiting researchers may visit by appointment, offered between the BGC Library's reference desk hours during our school semester terms or by special arrangement over the summer and during term breaks:

Mondays–Thursdays 9am–7pm
Fridays 9am–5pm
Saturdays–Sundays 12pm–5pm

All outside researchers must visit by confirmed appointment.  We are unable to accommodate walk-in visitors or unconfirmed appointment requests.
