Groups are invited to visit the BGC's current exhibitions,
and may choose to enjoy a guided tour by a BGC graduate student
Gallery Guide, or explore the BGC Gallery on their own.
Groups may be scheduled Tuesday through Friday between
11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Thursday evenings until
7:00 p.m.
Advance reservations are required for all groups. Reservations
are accepted throughout the year and are contingent upon
the exhibitions programs schedule. Group Tours with BGC
Gallery Guides last approximately 1-hour.
Payment must be rendered at the time of the tour, via check
or credit card. The fees for Group Tours are:
1-20 visitors (single guide): $75
21-40 visitors (two guides): $100
Self-guided group: $40
Self-guided group (educational institution): $35
Please note: Gallery admission is included in the Group
Tour cost. Self-guided groups must not exceed 20 participants.
School Groups: Tours are adapted for school
groups by request.
Special Needs: The BGC complies with the
provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act by making
its building accessible to those with special needs. To
discuss arrangements, please call prior to visiting.
Other Requests: Visits preceding or following
regular gallery hours, private receptions, and multi-lingual
tours may have additional costs and can be arranged on a
case-by-case basis.
