The BGC invites educators and students to explore the vital role of the decorative arts and design in daily life. We offer curriculum-based tours and resources that complement the New York State Learning Standards and actively engage students in observation, critical thinking, and writing about such things as textiles, ceramics, furniture, jewelry, tools, graphic design, and architecture from the ancient world to the present.
