Following the introductory seminar offered in Fall 2010, this course is open only to those students continuing in the BGC/MMA Hoentschel exhibition project. This semester, we will refine the exhibition checklist and delve into researching and writing catalogue entries on works to be included in the exhibition. Topics will be chosen in consultation with the curators. The class will be structured as a research seminar, with group meetings, museum visits, and individual research time built into the curriculum. Written assignments will consist of completed drafts of catalogue entries. 3 credits.
