Interpretation
This fall, the BGC presents a varied selection of interpretation programs, open to the public, complementing Dutch New York between East and West: The World of Margrieta van Varick, including:
Exhibition Lectures
Scholars and other specialists make presentations about the issues and ideas addressed by our exhibitions.
Curatorial Conversations
Curators, authors of our gallery publications, and invited guests discuss various topics related to our exhibitions in an informal setting.
Gallery Talks
Artists and scholars talk about how our exhibitions intersect with their own work.
Films
After the screening of a film related to an exhibition on view, a film scholar or critic will lead a moderated discussion.

Registration is required to guarantee seating for all programs. Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to enrolled participants. Discounts are available for those who enroll in a total of three or more programs at the same time. The BGC reserves the right to cancel or change any program. We cannot provide refunds for absences caused by personal emergencies or circumstances beyond our control. If you are unable to attend a program, please consider donating your ticket back for use by a student.
